Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes we do. Just choose the shipping insurance option when you place your order. Shipping insurance costs $3.99 per order and ensures that you are covered in the event your package is damaged in transit.

Do you have tracking numbers for shipments?
At this time tracking is only offered in the United States. We are looking into a cost effective method of tracking international packages, however, most shipping methods that offer tracking internationally are cost prohibitive.
What is the proper dosage?
We are seeing most people getting the best results taking Power Pump as follows:
On training days: 3 capsules 40 minutes before training, and 1 capsule after training.
Non-training days: 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with dinner.
And always follow the 8x8 rule - 8 glasses of 8 ounces of water every day, minimum.
What if I miss a dose?
No problem! Power Pump is a nutritional supplement and not a medication, so you do not have to worry about it affecting your well being or the efficacy of the product. Think of it this way: missing a dosage of Power Pump is similar to missing a meal. If it happens once in awhile, it's not going to affect your ability to train or reach your fitness goals. If you never take Power Pump, you are robbing yourself of the benefits it can provide in your training regimen.
Can I stack Power Pump with other supplements?
Absolutely! In fact, Power Pump is the perfect supplement to stack with others. Why? Because of the vasodilating properties of nitric oxide (a byproduct of taking Power Pump) you can get the nutrients, that supplements provide, to your muscles much much faster and more efficiently. So, stacking Power Pump with other supplements can increase the effectiveness of those supplements.
Do I have to take Power Pump on non-training days?
Taking Power Pump on non-training days ensures maximal effects, but for the budget minded consumer you can take it training days only and still see great results.
Do I have to take Power Pump with food? Can I take it on an empty stomach?
You do not have to take Power Pump with a meal. We do recommend that you drink plenty of water when taking Power Pump. Water will help Power Pump get into your system faster and is crucial to keep from getting dehydrated when you train whether you take Power Pump or not.

What is this charge on my credit card bill?
Power Health Direct markets and sells nutritional supplements. If you are unsure what the charge is for, we recommend asking anybody that may have access to your credit card if they purchased supplements or vitamins on the internet. Often time husbands buy something and forget to tell their wives, or vice versa. Other times an adult child (over 18 years old) in the home ordered something and didn't inform his / her parents. How do I order?
Most of our products are sold on specialty websites. If you're reading this FAQ, you've probably been to one. Honestly, we have too many sites to list here. Can I pay by cash? If so, how?
Unfortunately, we can not accept cash payments. There are too many opportunities for money to get lost in the mail.

Why do you charge in US Dollars and not my local currency?
Because we are based in the United States and our banks are US banks, we charge in USD. In many cases this can be advantageous to our overseas customers, particularly in Europe where the EUR and GBP are stronger than the dollar.
Will I get billed every month?
Absolutely not. We do not believe in rebilling customers each and every month. We simply sell you a product, and when you are ready for more, we welcome your return purchase, but we will never force you buy month after month like so many shady companies do.
Do you offer an auto-ship program?
I'm sorry, no. We may offer it in the future if there is enough demand, but at this time we do not.
Should I check with my doctor before using a supplement?
This is a good idea, especially for certain population groups. Dietary supplements may not be risk-free under certain circumstances. If you are pregnant, nursing a baby, or have a chronic medical condition, such as, diabetes, hypertension or heart disease, be sure to consult your doctor or pharmacist before purchasing or taking any supplement. I'm having surgery soon, should I stop using the supplements?
It is important to fully inform your doctor about the vitamins, minerals, herbals or any other supplements you are taking, especially before elective surgery. You may be asked to stop taking these products at least 2-3 weeks ahead of the procedure to avoid potentially dangerous supplement/drug interactions -- such as changes in heart rate, blood pressure and increased bleeding - that could adversely affect the outcome of your surgery.
Can women take Power Pump?
Yes. Women and men can both benefit from Power Pump and luckily, women will probably notice great results with a lower dose (1 capsule). Whether it is a spin class to kickboxing or aerobics to weight training, women can take their performance to the next level.
Will Power Pump show up on a drug screen?
No. Power Pump is a nutritional supplement, not a steroid, and is legal in all forms of bodybuilding competition.

How and where do I send returns?
If you have an item that you need to return, you will first have to get a RMA number from customer support. When customer support issues the RMA, via email, they will also provide the address you will need to return your item to. Please use the address they provide or else you may not get credited for your return.
Do you provide a money back guarantee?
Yes, you may return any unopened item for a full refund, minus restocking fees. Shipping costs are not refundable.
